My name is Stefan Schottmueller and I live in Southern Germany near Switzerland. I build contemporary Jazz Guitars in tradition of the European craftsman.
The focus of my work is to build guitars for musicians. So it is a great pleasure and inspiration for me to work with Kurt Rosenwinkel , John Abercrombie, Lage Lund , Szymon Mika , Fabio Zeppetella , Gabriel Niedziela , Umberto Fiorentino , Octavio Hernandez , Roberto Cecchetto , Tomas Sauter and Christian Eckert .

Developed in cooperation with Kurt Rosenwinkel - the body has a block (maple), top is hancarved alpine spruce back and sides - european flamed maple, neck is american hardmaple, fretboard ebony, lower bout is 37,5 cm, sides are 4,5 cm. Scale length is 629 or 598 mm, weight is less then 3kg, color blonde and brown
